If you know me, you know that swimsuits are my power suits! And I love discovering new swimwear brands. One of my latest obsessions is made by Dawn, a brand that I discovered via instagram. Their soft colours and nature inspired prints enhanced by the beautiful imagery of their lookbooks are what traveling beach babe dreams are made of.

Created by Hawaiian born designer Dawn Peterson with her husband Kirk, the collection is designed and made in California. With style names like “traveler” and “hiker” and collection names of Faith, Love and Freedom with notes evoking scenes of meandering barefoot through tall grass the brand represents I beautiful return to simplicity and return to things in their natural form. A wonderful slowing down, I couldn’t wait to make made by Dawn my uniform for my annual trip to mi amor, Sayulita.
