Newsflash: I love a slip dress (duh!) and while working on a shoot, I pulled this awesome slip dress from my friend Charles’ label, HARBISON. From the FW15 collection, this black and red dress is viscose crepe and a wonderful fall alternative to all the slip dresses that are my closet staples during the spring and summer.
So, as Sunday was slated to be a little chillier and I needed something easy that would take me from day to night, I grabbed this dress off of my rack.
Here are some photos my mom shot of me on her iPhone at the Brooklyn Museum and the Zucker Natural Exploration Area in Prospect Park. New York magazine voted this area one of the best playgrounds for children in New York but this area with beautiful sculptures created from trees damaged by storms and other materials within the park is definitely worth seeing for adults as well. It reminds me of something you’d see on the Channing estate in the Hamptons.
Check out these two top and skirt sets from HARBISON that I’m currently drooling over. I can’t wait for his presentation this fashion week!
This one is available now on Amazon!
