Gardens by the Bay

Keeping in the theme of garden city another attraction not to be missed in Singapore, is Gardens by the Bay. Gardens by the Bay brings to life NParks’ vision of creating a City in a Garden. The desired aesthetic of the Gardens is to capture the essence of Singapore as the premier tropical Garden City. The flowers were definitely a site for soar eyes and while I was there, there was a fairy tale theme that gave the place another hint of magic. Check it out!

Within the flower dome of these beautiful gardens is a delicious  farm to table fresh restaurant, Pollen. An amazing way to lunch.

La Famille Voyageurs

I loved this sculpture and it’s so apro-po for ‘N A Perfect World. Made of bronze, it was completed by Bruno Catalano in 2014, La Famille De Voyageurs. The bronze scultupre depicts a family visiting Gardens by the Bay before heading to the airport for their journey home. As they depart this tropical garden city, they take with them beautiful memories and leave a part of themselves behind.

So that’s it for my posts on Singapore! Have you visited Singapore? What were your favorite spots while there?
