I’m writing this post at 3AM as I prep for my usual New Years trip to Sayulita, Mexico. It’s been an incredible year for me and this time last year, I had no idea what would be in store for ‘N A Perfect World. Starting the year out in Sayulita, I’ve been to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, & the Dead Sea in Israel, Vicenza, Venice, Florence & Milan in Italy, Nashville, Tennessee, Negril & Montego Bay, Jamaica, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Nevis in the West Indies, Cartagena, Colombia and hit one of my major bucket list destinations, Havana, Cuba. It’s been a wild ride and I’ve met incredible people, hot-boxed with my favorite middle school band and an incredibly beautiful human (no really, he was on People’s list!), styled for one of my favorite magazines (3 times!) and have had more blessings than one deserves in a lifetime. On the flip side, I’ve lost one of the most important people in my life. If there is anything that 2015 taught me it is the art of L-I-V-I-N and man am I excited for what 2016 has in store.
