In one of my favorite Italian restaurants in London, if you head downstairs, through a glass window in the kitchen, you could see Italian nonne hand-making fresh pasta. Fresh pasta, made with love, there’s nothing like it. Dishes taste better, it takes in the sauce more, it’s even thought to have mystical powers of being better for people that are gluten-intolerant and being more waistline friend than their counter part boxed pasta abroad. So, there was no way I thought I could deign make this delicious thing.
PS. even Michele’s mom was impressed I did this! 😋
